You keep the rights to files you process. We only handle them to run the app you chose.

Takedown

If you believe a file stored on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice with: your contact details, a description of the work, the job id or URL of the material, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or agent, and your physical or electronic signature.

Send the notice to contact@prolampxtools.com. We will remove or disable access to the material when the notice is complete, and we may tell the account holder.

Counter-notice

If your file was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write back with the job id and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by error. Repeat infringers may lose their account.
