Privacy Policy

Summary

We collect an account email when you register, plus the files you choose to run through a cloud app. Instant apps do not send the file to us. We do not sell your files or transcripts.

If advertising is turned on after Google AdSense approval, Google may set advertising cookies. See Cookies for that detail.

Accounts

You sign in with an email and password. We store that account so your dashboard can list jobs. You can ask us to delete the account by emailing the address on Contact.

Instant (in-browser) apps

PDF merge, split, rotate, watermark, page numbers, edit, sign, fill, PDF to JPG/Word/Excel, image compress/convert/resize/crop/rotate/watermark, and similar apps run in your browser. The file is not uploaded. Closing or reloading the tab drops it from memory.

Cloud apps

Transcription, most video tools, OCR PDF, PDF to PowerPoint, compress PDF, and remove-image-background upload the file so we can process it. After processing we delete the original upload. Output files stay on your dashboard until they expire (typically 30 days), then we delete those too. You can delete a job sooner from the dashboard.

Cookies and analytics

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. If Google Analytics is configured, Google may collect usage data under its own terms. If AdSense is enabled, Google and partners may use cookies for ads. Details are on the Cookies page.

Advertising

When ads are enabled, this site uses Google AdSense. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google’s Ads Settings. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s previous visits.

Publisher identity for ads.txt is issued after AdSense approval. Until then this site does not load ad scripts.
