Using the apps

You must have the right to process the files you submit. Do not upload material that is illegal, that you do not own, or that you are not allowed to transcribe or convert.

Apps are provided as-is. Instant tools depend on your browser. Cloud tools depend on our workers and third-party models. Results can be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on a transcript or conversion as a legal or archival original.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself. We may suspend an account that abuses uploads, storage, or other people.

Cloud outputs expire. Download anything you need to keep. We are not a backup service.

Acceptable use

No malware, no attempts to probe other people’s jobs, no scraping that overloads the site, and no using the apps to infringe copyright.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost files, bad conversions, or downtime. If a local law does not allow that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the previous 12 months (currently zero for the free apps).
