How long we keep files

Instant apps

The file exists only in this browser tab. Close or reload the page and it is gone. We cannot recover it.

Cloud jobs

After the worker finishes, the original upload is removed. Outputs (transcript, video, PNG, and so on) stay on the dashboard until they expire — typically 30 days from creation. You can delete a job earlier from the workspace page.

Expired files are not recoverable. Download anything you need to keep.

Accounts

Your email and password stay until you ask us to delete the account. That request goes to the address on the Contact page.
