Podcast Transcriber

Upload your podcast episode and we transcribe it with speaker labels (SPEAKER_00, SPEAKER_01, …). Follow it on your dashboard and download when it finishes.

1. 01Choose a podcast audio file (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC or OGG).
2. 02Complete the security check. Email notify is optional.
3. 03We queue the job and open a live page you can watch.
4. 04Download speaker-labeled TXT, SRT and VTT when processing completes.

Original uploads are removed after processing (within about one hour). Transcript downloads stay available for a limited retention period, then are deleted automatically. We do not sell your files.

Questions

How is this different from Audio to Text?

Podcast Transcriber adds speaker identification. Your transcript is labeled by speaker (SPEAKER_00, SPEAKER_01, …) so multi-person shows stay readable.

What happens after I upload?

We queue your file and show it on your dashboard. When processing finishes, download the labeled transcript there.

Which output formats do I get?

Every job produces plain text (TXT), subtitles (SRT) and web captions (VTT), each with speaker labels where available.

Is my file private?

Your file is processed privately. Uploads are removed after processing; transcript downloads expire after the retention window.

Do I need an account?

Yes. Sign in to run the tool. How-to steps and FAQs on this page stay public.

How accurate is speaker labeling?

Speaker diarization is best-effort. Short clips or overlapping speech may need light manual cleanup.
