When to use each image app
Photo apps except background removal run in the browser. Cut-outs are a cloud job.
In this tab
Compress shrinks JPG, PNG, and WebP. Convert switches formats. Resize changes pixel dimensions. Crop locks ratios like 1:1 or 9:16. Rotate turns 90° or flips the photo. Watermark draws text or a logo on the pixels.
On the server
Remove background uploads the photo, cuts the subject, and returns a transparent PNG on your dashboard.
